P90X Day 2 Plyometrics

Okay, so today was one of those days where I really did NOT want to work out.  That happens to overweight people, like every day.  My plan was to wake up at 6am, do the workout, shower, then head to church.  Well let's just say 7:30am rolled around and I had slept HARD through my alarm clock and apparently my baby crying and being fed TWICE.  Yeah, I was tired.  Am tired.  Anyway, I got home, had some vegetables and chicken breast, and PUSHED PLAY.  I thought I was bringing it...for a minute.  See the video for details:

  1. Great post man. Modification is the key to Plyometrics. The 180 Jump Switch is what always gets me. I am toast by that time. It does get easier. That's when you put on the weighted vest. Lol.
